  • Monday – Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This class focuses on moving through a sequence of yoga poses that are coordinated to the rhythm of your breathing.
  • Saturday – Hatha Yoga: This class will teach you the fundamentals of safe practice, including stretching, strengthening and more. We’ll target specific areas, such as your hamstrings, shoulders and knees. Hatha yoga is perfect for runners and bikers!

MEET OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Cheryl has been practicing Yoga for over 20 years. She earned her 200-RYT yoga teaching certification at Marianne Wells Yoga School. She is also AFPA certified, a member of Yoga Alliance and IAYT.
