Pedal along on a stationary spin bike as the instructor guides you through a workout.

It will be a varying speed and pace throughout the workout, sometimes from a standing position at a slow pace to a seated position requiring break-neck speed.

If you've never been to a spin class, don't be intimidated. The first thing you should know is that everyone has been a beginner at one point or another!
