The Zumba class at Body in Motion Fitness is fantastic! I look forward to going every week. I’ve been to several other Zumba classes at other gyms, but Aimee’s class is by far one of the better ones! She works hard to create classes that are great for all skill levels, beginner to advanced, to ensure that everyone has a great workout. Aimee’s class is full of energy, and she’s really good at explaining/breaking down dance moves, especially when teaching a new song/dance. She’s not concerned with how well the movements are done, but just wants everyone moving, exercising and having fun. She takes the time to get to know her “students” and know what their health “weaknesses” are, and is quick to point out that you shouldn’t do this particular move because of a bad knee, ankle, etc. and suggests an alternate move. Aimee also has a huge repertoire of music, so every class is different instead of the same set each time, and I love the seasonal music she throws in once in a while!
You better be ready to party with Aimee in her Zumba class! She has a lot of energy and has fantastic music for all of her routines! Her moves are sometimes a little too quick for this 60+ year old lady, but I know how to modify and come away from this class sweating in a good way. Dancing is a great way to exercise and Aimee makes it fun. I always find myself singing the songs out loud while we do the routine and manage to yell and shout! She interacts with the class to make us wanting to come back. Come join the party - you will have fun! When you come, just ask Aimee about her meeting Pit Bull!!
Cheryl is a fantastic yoga instructor who emphasizes the class based on the students wants. She always checks to make sure everyone is doing the position correctly and if the student can't get all the way down she gives plenty of modifications to make it a wonderful workout! I always come away sweating from class and I get a really good nights sleep. I was a novice at this and she put my mind at ease. It's a great class. I would gladly recommend Cheryl's yoga class.

I always wanted to try "Boot Camp" and it was on my Bucket List. Well, this morning I did it at "Body In Motion" and I survived the intense 1 hour non stop workout! Thank you to the owner and trainer who encourages me and gives me the motivation to keep on track. I am so proud of myself and I can't believe I kept up with the young guys and gals, today. I had so much fun. Happy One Year Anniversary to the Opening of the "Body In Motion Fitness Gym!!". I highly recommend this gym.
I be met several women who I look forward to seeing again. The equipment is always clean & functional. The owner is always ready to help U if needed. Also a water dispenser for clients along with healthy snacks for his clientele. AWESOME PLACE.
Well equipped,always neat, clean with easy friendly staff and clients. This gym is great and I'm only sorry I didn't find it sooner.

I love this gym! It is clean, has all of the equipment that I need and very friendly. Clint is very knowledgeable about what works for each client. He knows each client individually and can put you on the path to fitness success. I am much stronger and healthier in the year I have been a member.
I live this place. It's not intimidating and everyone is so friendly. The owner knows everyone by name, takes the time to answers your questions and challenges you to do better. All the classes a great. If you're just a regular person with some weight to lose then this is the place for you!
My experience with "Body-In-Motion" has been phenomenal. I've seen tremendous growth in my stamina and endurance. I really appreciate the motivation and encouragement I receive from Clinton. His boot-camps and personal fitness sessions are superb. Needless to say, without his support and the training sessions, I believe my health would deteriorate and my blood pressure would be extremely high. I'm glad to say, since attending the workout sessions, my pressure has been stable for 8 months. Recently, Clinton has added yoga to his fitness regimen. I attended the first session and it was amazing. The instructor was patient and modified positions for beginners. Overall, I'm very pleased with the staff at "Body-In-Motion." I would highly recommend participation in the various fitness classes. You will not be disappointed!
I love going to your gym. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All of the equipment is new and easy to use. Everything is so clean and available for use. Clint is so helpful and friendly. He isvery knowledgeable. He knows the best exercises for each person so they get the most benefit without getting hurt. I feel so much stronger and more fit since coming to this gym,. I love it!
I have recently joined n I love it! The owner Clinton is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I love his clients also. Everyone is great.
Great little gym. Nice people, clean, good atmosphere. Love yoga with Cheryl! And I take several classes with Clinton, who kicks your butt (in the best way) and delivers it with a smile. : )
