Our program is designed to improve speed, strength, agility and cardio endurance. This will assist in ensuring young athletes can compete and reduce the potential of injury. We work with all skill levels to help you achieve your goals and continue your success for years to come!

***Ages 12 to 18 only

Training Schedule

Week 1: Testing and evaluation of cardio and muscle strength

Week 2: Agility

Week 3: Muscle strength

Week 4: Endurance

Week 5: Cardio
