Youth Strength, Agility and Endurance Program: REGISTER HERE
This is a new program designed for Youth Athletes to improve strength, agility and cardio endurance. This is a 5 week program, 2 times a week. The program cost is $325.00 per person. We do offer family discounts.
The program schedule: Monday and Wednesday 4pm-5pm
Week 1: Testing and evaluation of cardio and muscle strength
Week 2: Agility
Week 3: Muscle strength
Week 4: Endurance
Week 5: Cardio
